Our client is looking for an ambitious, high-energy Inside Sales to join an industry leading video management and monetization software provider headquartered in the United States and with an office in Eindhoven. The ideal candidate will help drive top line revenue growth by uncovering new opportunities for our clients solution suite, supporting assigned territories, and reporting to the Director of Account Development. Candidates should have experience with daily outbound calling, managing customer email campaigns, and possess a video/networking technology background. We are looking for a pure “hunter” who can bring energy, determination, and a results oriented mind set to the account development team.

Your responsibilities:

• Primary focus to discover and qualify new global sales opportunities from prospecting and discovery to purchase order
• Heavy focus on daily global outbound calling and scripting high impact and effective email campaigns
• Required to support multiple field sales reps for lead generation, demand generation, and supporting industry events
• Work cross functionally to develop, nurture, and close new business opportunities
• Leverage CRM by updating daily activities within our database
• Responsible for producing Org. Charts, key contact lists, and contact information from corporate lead generations tools
• Work with marketing team to support all territories; defining key go to market messaging with supporting sales collateral
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and quarterly QBR’s

Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a fast paced, competitive sales environment, in “like” industry
• SaaS background preferred
• Ability to develop a firm understanding of our Clients Video back office, Content management, Client, etc.
• Basic understanding of the cable and telecommunications industries
• Communicating with impact: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Languages: Fluent English. Fluent in Dutch, Spanish, French and/or German preferred
• Results oriented: Willingness to go above and beyond expectations
• Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong focus on organization and prioritization; meeting deadlines
• Self-Motivated: individual who drives and challenges themselves to achieve
• Creative: Individual who has ideas on how to improve process and drive calling/email campaigns to maximum effectiveness

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Our clients offers you an exciting full time job in a international environment, good terms and conditions, career opportunities and development to the right individual. The salary offered is depening on your level of experience and will be between €48.500 - € 65.000 gross per month, with a bonus, telephone and laptop.
